From designing to top class execution of the project. I hired US accurate multiple times in the past two years and every time they topped their previous project. Hands down it’s the best Consturction company in the Bay Area. The best part is that you have a chance to be educated along the way. Great company, customer service and knowledge of business.”

“Gwen Bertolami was respectful, knowledgeable and available. She was a total professional who attempted to work through all conditions to get our project completed in a timely and effective, accurate manner at all angles. At one point where she was slightly delayed and fully apologetic - we later discover she had a sick child in the hospital while trying to complete our work! Gwen was also very adaptive to working with the designer and contractor that we already had on the project. She was readily available for any changes later needed and her prices seemed extremely reasonable. I would recommend her and her abilities to anyone.”

“Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. “Masaya Homes offers the most beautiful ADU and furniture products in sustainable teak wood. We purchased two of their 10'x12' units and placed them side-by-side. From the outset, the company owners were highly involved in helping us make design decisions and incredibly responsive to all our questions. It was a true collaboration. The design process and the site configuration steps were clearly outlined with renderings that not only helped us envision the final ADU (interior and exterior), but also matched the delivered product exactly. As with any construction project, there are bound to be complications and setbacks. However, how your construction partner handles those issues are the real test of a client-focused and ethical company. Masaya fits that bill perfectly. They are responsive, communicative, and professional. And final construction was incredibly fast once materials arrived on site. The resulting structure is stunning and every aspect of it is more lovely than we could have imagined. We furnished both units with Masaya furniture as well, rounding out the high quality, high-end look and feel of the entire project. We highly recommend Masaya Homes.”
