Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. “Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. It was again a pleasure to have the Watermark craftsmen and their well coordinated subcontractors working in our home. “Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“We built a condo with Mitch Harris Building Company. We were thoroughly happy throughout the entire process. Everyone was so professional and helpful. We had great experiences with Michelle, the sales manager and Pete, the supervising foreman. Our concerns were listened to and prompted addressed. I would build with this company again. That, in my opinion, is the highest recommendation a building company can get!”

“We have had two excellent experiences with Perkins Construction Company. The first job entailed window replacement and residing of our house. Perkins brought great attention to detail to this task. Details associated with house wrap, flashing, and siding reveals were handled carefully. The result was and still is beautiful and durable. The second job was a complete remodeling of the living areas of our house – living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallways. This entailed a completely new kitchen, new hardwood flooring, new balustrade, and new casings. The project resulted in a wonderful transformation of these spaces, again with excellent workmanship. Perkins also provided excellent design consultation during the process.”
