“Working with Kingsgate on our kitchen renovation was a delight. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, but their knowledge and experience gave us a whole new list of possibilities that we would never have thought of ourselves. Mid-project, they were able to accommodate a couple of design changes and add-ons. The finish carpentry is especially good. They provided a reasonable estimate and, even with the add-ons, we found their pricing to be very good. We love the look and functionality of our new kitchen. Well done Kingsgate! Highly recommended.”

“Nothing but highest Praises for Brad Nickerson and his crew. We hired them to do a big addition ( !,700 sq ft) to our existing home so this meant building a new house but attached to our present home which was not an easy task. Many hours of decision making and communication between Nickerson Customs and ourselves which was always handled with care by Brad the owner. He was always patient, calm and very pleasant to work with. Matt and Shawn, his crew where always very helpful in explaining things and fulfilling our vision for our home. After the job was done we have called on them a few times and they came very quickly. This company and their staff are honest and dependable and completed the project in the time line we where given. We would recommend them with highest regard. Thanks Nickerson Customs for a job well done!”

“We recently completed a large renovation project with the Scott Home Company. Most of my dealings were with Scott Sr. and Pina the project co-ordinator. The designer/contractor relationship is not without its difficulties but the team at Scott Home is extremely dedicated and quality driven. When issues arose, which is a given in this industry, they were promptly addresed and resolved. “While I seldom write reviews, the outstanding work that New Vision did on my basement does deserve it. Not only did the issues we had since moving into the house get resolved, but now our basement is my favourite place to hang out. My initial idea was a bit different than what Daniel recommended, and fortunately I followed his advice. I cannot say how happy I am with the finished product.”

“Imwe hires Hamilton Estates last year for a complete basement reno. All I can say is WOW! From day 1 we knew we had chosen the right team. They stayed within budget and time lines. We had a pretty heavy wish list; wet bar, washroom, laundry room, firplace and tv living area. I still can not believe what a beautiful job they did. Their contractors are all professional and they treated the job as if it was their own home. I will and have, recommend Hamilton Estates!”
