“Dave and his crew replaced some of our siding with raised hardy panel with a metal reveal. Looks fantastic and they did a great job. They also built a very large arbour over our concrete decks and a built in bench seating and table. Again the guys did a great job. Dave and his trades are very professional and I would highly recommend them. They will be back this spring to continue some work.”

I found them to be very hands on with the build and were always available to answer any questions and meet me at the house when needed. The trades were very respectful when it came to working on site which I really appreciated for the neighbour's sake.”

“We’ve recently moved into our new home built by Stonewater Homes and are truly satisfied and happy with their work. Kevin and Chris clearly understood our expectations and vision and made many valuable suggestions as things progressed creating a truly custom home experience for us. They helped us work within our budget and clearly laid out pricing before we deviated too far from the original design. Our thoughts/suggestions and ideas were always respected. They and their trades were professional, punctual and dependable. We did have some specific challenges with the lot we had purchased. Stonewater put in a great deal of extra time and effort to resolve these matters to us get our building permit approved with Rocky View County for which we’ll be forever appreciative. We highly recommend Stonewater Homes.”

“Alex and his crew helped us with our home renovation this summer. It was very important for us to have this done in 8 weeks before our kids started school in the fall. They did not disappoint. We moved back in on August 26th. His crew has come back at no cost to do any minor repairs and other paint touch ups since we moved back in. We had several meetings before and during the project to ensure things were on schedule, to confirm what we wanted and to let us know of any changes that needed to be made. We are very happy to have chosen Alex and Infill.ca to do our renovation.”

“We had never built was a custom home builder before building with Matisse Homes so we didn't know what to expect - in the end to go with Kelvin was the best decision we made. He was so easy to work with, he was there to help with all of our decision making, he was always on the job site ensuring things were running smoothly and in a timely fashion. There were no surprises in costs and we knew what we were getting from the beginning of the process. At a time where our friends were building with a custom home builder and having all sorts of problems, budget overages and a 2 year build, from digging the hole in the ground to move in for us was 9 months! He had a great relationship with all of his trades people and they also were very respectful and easy to deal with. We have been in our home for 4.5 years and we still walk into our house and feel the same way we did the first time we saw it complete - and we still say that if we do it one more time, we'll be calling Kelvin.”
