“The best company ever! Everyone, from the owner Jon Roberts, to our project manager and the subcontractors are anxious to help you realize your dreams. Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

“KDL builds a SOLID home! We had runoff, and a few other concerns with the site, and 7 yrs later the house is dry, tight, beautiful, and solid! We were living overseas at the time, so after we saw the foundation pour, we didn't see it until completion. All details were met and taken care of. It came out perfect, AND we are still good friends!”

“This month my wife & I will be celebrating our one year anniversary of building our custom dream home with Skagit Design. The process was pretty easy with James and Mike assisting at all points along the way. We drew the tentative plans out ourselves then took them to James. He matched our plan (as best he could) to one of his existing plans and made the required changes. We broke ground in late March of 2017 so the whole building process took approximately 6 months. We could have been done sooner but sometimes the contractors that I HIRED (to do the parts I was responsible for) got delayed which delayed the whole project. I have referred Skagit Design on many occasions and will continue to do so. Teresa and I are 100% satisfied with the results and would work with Skagit Design again in a heart beat. Do yourself a favor and check them out.”

“Very professional, knowledgeable, and guided us throughout the building process. As expected, with COVID, there we some inventory shortages and some delays, but their immediate staff and sub-contractors were always there to offer options and solutions rather than making excuses. We live in a community of retirees, and they commented on how everyone who was involved in the excavation, building, and landscaping of our home were always courteous, respectful, and very professional. Would I use their services again? Definite yes Would I recommend them? Absolutely We are truly blessed and grateful.”
