“We were looking to do a remodel/demolition/add-on, and didn't know where to find a builder that we could trust would do a good job for us. Then a highly respected farmer in our area was having a remodeling project done by Hallmark, and we knew we had found our builder! Right from the first meeting, we felt comfortable that we had a company that understood all the things we desired in a home. They gave us ideas we had not thought of, and at the second meeting were pretty much pleased with the drawings, hardly any changes to be made! We were set up with a project manager that was a perfect fit; he was always available and on the site several times a week. We trusted him to tackle any unforeseen problems, and he and the quality of the subs was always very professional. There were some delays that we weren't expecting, some due to weather and some due to scheduling conflicts, but in the end....we've got a beautiful quality-built custom home that we love.
