“Cutting Edge designed and built our basement remodel. They started with unfinished space and re-engineered load bearing walls to open it up. We now how have a wet bar, built in TV wall and shelving, a full bath, a wine closet, and space for an air hockey table. In addition, they replaced countertops in our kitchen and replaced our master bath shower. The end result is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch. As is typical with this type of project, we had some scheduling delays and minor cost overruns, but we are very happy with the finished project.”

“Great service. Helped during the estimating process to assure that we selected high quality products and that structural issues were addressed. Work was completed on time and within budget. Chad was particularly helpful and made sure that all subs completed their work to the highest standards. Meadow Ridge Builders helped worked with us to complete our project in phases to fit our budget. Great follow up, too. We are extremely satisfied. Good value for the money. The materials used, craftsmanship, and quality of construction are second to none. Guests at our home constantly rave about the beauty, and the attention to detail at every corner. Now in our home for 4 months, we continue to be pleased with the level of service and attention we receive through regular warranty inspections and typical adjustments from house settling. Had we the opportunity to it all over again, we would not hesitate to choose Eastbrook Homes as our builder of choice.”
