“Steven Fisher of Classic Builders was selected by my wife and I to construct our dream house. After interviewing 3 other contractors we chose Mr. Fisher based on his credible credentials which were supported by an outstanding complement of prior projects in the Tampa Bay area. Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, our 1/2+ acre lot features arguably, the most beautiful view of the river and Tampa City Skyline. As such we wanted a builder who was skillful, committed to our concepts and dreams, and dedicated. Mr. Fisher proved all of these and more. From initial planning through final phases of the project Mr. Fisher was on site supervising each day. He was proactive in practice as well as in policy. Throughout the project we did not encounter any unreasonable delays or problems. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Classic Builders and would recommend them to anyone who desires elegance as an essential ingredient in their project . Job Well Done! Gary and Olive Johnson”

“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“I interviewed 4 contractors to remodel a home we purchased. I chose King Contracting because of their professionalism, creative ideas, attention to detail. Though we had a couple of bumps in the road during the construction project, they were not major and certainly worked through them to end up with a beautifully completed project! We are very pleased with the final outcome. They started and finished on time. We had open communication during the project which was very important to me since we were not living in the area at the time of construction. I would recommend King and have to a neighbor which also hired them!”
