“My husband and I had a home built by Property One Group in 2015. We were able to work closely with the builder to make the many decisions it takes to build a home from the ground up. We were kept up to date regularly throughout the process. At the end of the project we were blessed with a beautiful home detailed to our specifications. He works diligently at building our home quickly, but with high quality craftsmanship. Any hiccups are addressed with lightening speed and with courtesy. He's truly respectful of our desires, while also lending a sage opinion or two that helps us come to a final decision with confidence. We're returning to our home state after 20 years of living all over the world. I can't imagine any other Builder having the responsibility of building our dream home while we're not physically onsite. Thank you!”

“They designed and built me and my family custom home it was truly an easy process. The 3d rendering and advice through the design phase was truly easier then expected. The detail done with the construction phase made us very happy we chose a custom home builder and not a mass spec builder. (Home size is 4,500 sqft living)”

“Casey and Diana were easy to work with , they delivered on everything we agreed upon. Our house that was for sale while we were building this one with Patterson flooded just before it was complete. Casey helped us renovate and complete our flooded house long before most people I know and for that I owe him a very huge Thanks!! “I picked Drew to build our home based on his professionalism and his ability to answer the difficult questions with honesty. Drew was onsite daily thru the build and explained everything in detail. Drew kept a clean work-site which made the neighbors happy. His work is of the highest quality, fair price and he met his timeline for completion. His foreman Brett is also a great guy and easy to work with. They both pay great attention to detail and respect the clients needs. Anytime I had a question or work needed to be done, they responded timely. I highly recommend Drew to anyone looking to build a home. Drew gets my strongest recommendation based on his character and quality of work.”
