“Building our home with Rautmann Custom Homes (Chris Rautmann) was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. When I had a question or change I always got immediate feedback. All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. The quality of our home is excellent. The knowledge and attitude Chris had made the building process easy. I would highly recommend Rautmann Custom Homes to anyone thinking of building.”

“We completed a large remodeling project with Highland Builders, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Highland was consistently on time, on budget,and full of great ideas and solutions from the beginning design phase all the way through the construction process. On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. All of their subcontractors were excellent; their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding, and they became like family for the many months they worked in our home. “I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. We couldn't be happier.”

“JFK painted our bathroom, kitchen and family room. They also put in some new cabinets in my family room and some granite counters in my kitchen. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and the price I paid. “We decided to build with TOH based on their attention to detail and quality of construction. We were astonished at how fast our house was built (about 90 days) and how organized the process was.When they told us something was going to be done in a given week it was done.The whole process was NOT stressful and we liked that we didn't need to pick out the piddly things like light switches and exact fixtures. We simply went to their showroom and picked out EVERYTHING, however if we wanted to use our own ceiling fans we had on hand we could We continue to be impressed with their home warranty care now that we have lived here almost three years. I noticed a very minor scratch/blemish in a bathtub and they sent a vendor out to buff it out that same week. (This was well after our "1 year warrant" had expired and I was simply inquiring about who would be able to fix it and TOH insisted on fixing it for us :) Thank you so much to Tim Obrien Homes for helping us achieve our dream home and keeping in touch years later! These guys aren't going anywhere!!”
