“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

“We are extremely pleased with all the works carried out by Jim and his team at our property! Vibe has done an excellent job for us on multiple occasions, including a garage conversion (which has now turned into a downstairs bathroom, a utility room, and a play room), roof repairs, installing a brand new kitchen and a new bathroom, and a full house refurbishment. Jim and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with, and finish everything to a high quality, while sticking to the original budget and timelines, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated talking to Jim about various aspects of the house refurbishment and how to achieve the designs we had in mind. For instance, we wanted some custom made book shelves around the fireplace to house our many books, and Jim was able to create it for us. Likewise, he created a beautiful play room for our daughter and an extremely functional utility room for us. Overall, Jim and his team have gone beyond our expectations in delivering a very high quality project and managing the entire process professionally. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to carry out building projects regardless of size.”

“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

Done amazing job with the whole process, very pleased with our kitchen extension, I would definitely be using ERZ for the 2 stages of our plan to build the loft conversion too.
