“We had the pleasure of working with SAGA in 2012 to build our vacation home in the Ocean Sands development of Corolla, NC. Since we live in Northern VA, we thought that building a home in the Outer Banks without being around to monitor the construction process was both crazy and impossible. However, our experience was very different. SAGA was very communicative throughout the process via phone and email and we received pictures of the home every Friday showing us the progress that was being made. The project was completed timely and on schedule. Most importantly, the construction was completed on budget. It was a very unexpected, happy experience. We would recommend SAGA without hesitation.”

“Stephen Alexander built our new home, and we are very pleased with the workmanship. Their staff was very helpful and responsive during the 9 month process. They hire a designer to work with buyers in picking out materials for the home, and they had a worker come to our former home to make minor repairs before it went on the market. Stephen and Alxander worked with us to make sure we had all the features we wanted.”

“We were searching for a new home that reflected our personalities and fit our lifestyle. The Reliant Builders team (Terrry, Greg, and Nancy) were the ONLY builders in Virginia Beach who listened to our desires. We were on a very tight timeline and we had to have a home (or home site) chosen in less than 2 weeks. On the 11th day of searching, we found Reliant Builders and our worries disappeared. The design of the homes are beautiful, but what really made this purchase happen was the willingness (of Reliant Builders) to change designs to fit our wants. If we have another home purchase in our future, Reliant Builders will be the first company we call!”
