“This is the first house we have built from scratch. Allen could not have been more professional, helpful, and above all patient. From day one till now, about 70% complete, Allen has been extremely easy to work with. While he doesn't spoon feed us, he will give his honest opinion if he thinks we might be making a mistake. He has been very easy to contact, gets back to us immediately, posts pictures of the progress (very handy for us since we live several hours away) and answers each and every question regardless of how moronic they may be. The quality of materials and the workmanship are both top notch. He has set and maintained a tight schedule while keeping us apprised the entire time. I would recommend Allen to anyone looking for a great building experience.”

“We knew you were the builder for us and made our decision after talking with you the very first time. You followed our thoughts and understood our ideas perfectly. There was never a day that we did not talk, and extra time was taken during many walk throughs to make sure we had things just the way we wanted it. When it came to the finish work on the inside and outside you always had good suggestions to make it seem just right. You earned our greatest respect from the onset, and as a bonus, we made wonderful friends along the way.
