“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“We needed to remodel completely my daughter's home in a short time. Ari promised to finish by the time we asked him to. Not only he finished on time, he was very attentive to our request, he sent his crew also on the weekend just to make sure he will be done on time. His job is superb, he is very easy to work with, I highly recommend him, and will take him on future projects.”

“The interior rooms of my home were not getting any natural light. My energy costs were high and I wanted to find a way to reduce these costs. Mike suggested we install solar tubes and we took his advice. The solar tubes have been a great addition to my home and I am very happy with the decision to install them. Mike is a true professional and I recommend him to all other home owners who want to do renovations on their home.”

“My wife saw the house we currently live in quite by accident, as we were looking in a lower price range category. She fell in Love with the house on first look, and I was in the unenviable position of figuring out how to possibly make this house hers financially. Once that was accomplished, I found out day after day the quality and workmanship that went into this home. I doubt it is possible to build a home better then "Foundation To Roof" builds a home, missing no detail in their exceptional construction. I continue to be amazed at the things I realize went into this home, and owe it all to "Foundation To Roofs" exceptional commitment to using the best materials and labor available in the Los Angeles market place. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have their home built or remodeled by "Foundation To Roof" will learn exactly what we have learned after living in this house the last 2+ years.”
