The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. His ongoing relationships with the architects and his sub contractors kept communications problems to a minimum. We would definitely hire him again.”

My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. I also didn’t feel comfortable entertaining my guests there. Andreas, the designer of the company listened closely to my needs, took careful consideration of my personal tastes and designed a kitchen that is now not only beautiful, but most importantly, functional. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made. I now have the walnut cabinets that I’ve always wanted! I would not hesitate to recommend Formfunction Plus, as I was very impressed with their attention to detail as well as their level of professionalism. Andreas was always available to answer questions, his employees and tradesmen that he contracted with were obviously very talented, but the best part was that the kitchen was completed on time and within budget! “Hired to consult on and repair or replace our roof which, unfortunately, was leaking and had succumbed to a lot of dry rot. Replacement was a necessity because the small house, used as a weekend place, is in the woods in a generally moist environment. The company did everything that was needed to furnish us with a brand-new roof which is now gabled instead of flat, part of an excellent solution. Their work is impeccable; they are honest and intelligent; their workmanship is excellent. One pays a premium for work of this caliber, but it is worth it.”

“Our 2014 renovation is the third building project we have done with Arrowtown. Aside from the quality construction work they do, what I particularly like about this company is that they really listened to us and then followed up on our requests regarding the project. This time we were adding another building to the property and we wanted it to look like it was built in the same style as the original. Except for the fact that we have not yet done the landscaping around the new structure you would think it was built at the same time as the original structures on the property. They were also very good at working with the local permit office, which can be a challenge.”
