“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

I have worked with Richard Hunt of PCM over many years, and on a variety of residential projects. These projects range from new luxury homes down to remodels of existing homes. I have always found him to be an honest, capable builder. He exceeds the performance of many other builders I have worked with. My clients all agree. “Love all of the design options. The sales team and design team were great to work with. Construction team communicated very well with us when there were issues or delays. We were building during covid when many of the manufacturers and subcontractors were shut down and I was impressed with the level of communication and how they handled those issues. We are so happy with our home!”
