“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.”

“"Open-book" contractor, proving high-quality results and creative solutions to the challenges of new home construction. We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions. Kevin worked with us through the permitting process to ensure building and environmental requirements were met. We obtained our plan from the Internet before finding Kevin and were not using an architect for the project. From our first meeting, Kevin was sensitive to our budget needs and provided insightful design suggestions to enhance our project. Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The open-book contract has made it easy to evaluate the many decision trade offs of the new construction process, and keep us on budget.”

“Riley Custom Homes built our custom home and incorporated a level of professionalism, integrity and courtesy throughout the entire process, from contract negotiations and construction to establishing an ongoing relationship based upon mutual respect and friendship. Their contract provided full disclosure of all costs. We met every other week, at our time preference, on the job site to discuss progress and upcoming agenda items.
