“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“Tom Morrison is a top notch builder! We were looking to build a second home in South Bend. I will say trying to build a house by long distance (We live in Dallas) was a bit scary to us upfront. Tom put as at ease from the start. It turned out to be a very easy project all because of Tom. He was great to communicate everything that was going on with the project and would send pictures to us via email everyday documenting the progress. All of his subcontractors were professional and timely doing great work. Tom is very good about tying up loose ends. If there is anything at all that you want changed or have questions about, he will address the matter and get it worked out. We could not believe how smooth this project went. We absolutely love the house and feel confident if there were any issues in the future, Tom would be there to work out it out. We highly recommend Tom Morrison Builders!!!”

“Michael was a professional throughout the job. He did a great job with details and all aspects of our bathroom remodel. He was easy to work with while still being in the house and having small children around. He contacted me to let me know what time he would be there every morning. He cleaned up every day when he finished. He was able to offer suggestions and also able to work with my design. I would recommend him and hire him again.”

“Great service. Helped during the estimating process to assure that we selected high quality products and that structural issues were addressed. Work was completed on time and within budget. Chad was particularly helpful and made sure that all subs completed their work to the highest standards. “We wanted our bathroom completely redone and Rufino of Labra Design Build handled the whole project from start to finish. I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. We would not hesitate to hire Labra Design Build for any other project and we highly recommend him.”
