“We were browsing magazines for home ideas and came across a featured home on the cover which belonged to Tynecastle Builders! I searched for the contact information and luckily was greeted by Brett himself! Although we live three hours away, he was open to working with us on designing a home similar to his featured cover home. We drove to Banner Elk, NC and he graciously gave us tours of several other homes he designed and built. We instantly fell in love and each home was completely different, with amazing features and creativity. Each home had a specific theme and you could just tell they were each unique and custom. We have been working with Brett for the past two years to design our dream home and it has all come along amazingly well. We could not have asked for a better company to walk us down this journey and I couldn't have done it without him. “We had Cash Custm Homes build our house on our lot with ground breaking 9/2012. This was our first time building a house and they made it easy. They helped design the floor plan giving good suggestions along the way. Suggestions were also made while being constructed that improved on the design. We were given plenty of time for deciding the elements in the house before deadlines. We would bring in a picture and they would fine a supplier. In one case Marty designed a very similar element at a fraction of the cost. Our wants and desires were meet. Getting the best for less out of money was always a consideration for Marty. CCH has great employees, especially Marty and Carol, and subs all want to do a job that make them and the homeowner proud. The house is very well built.
