“Christian and team did a stick build addition to my home. We had some unexpected complications to my project however his team dealt with the issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All contractors utilized were pleasant, professional and very eager to please. His project management staff were all customer centric and a pleasure to deal with. They were *very* mindful on budget management and came in well under which was greatly appreciated. Christian is a true gentleman to deal with, eager to please and stands behind his product.”

“Sent this note of thanks to Patrick at Gialluisi back in early 2015... for their work in re-siding our house: Dear Patrick, Many thanks to you and Gialluisi Homes for the splendid work in re-siding our home. Your recommendation to use Hardie shingles and Azek trim was very sound indeed. The materials proved to be beautiful as well as of the highest construction quality and beautiful appearance. You were also always so very responsive to our questions, so efficient and reliable in the scheduling of the work, and so attentive to the management of the work even in its smallest details. Your workers... especially their leader George... proved to be impressively skilled. We were particularly pleased at George's consistently good judgment in taking pains to consult with us and guide us on the various details that needed to be worked out as things went along on site. Unlike some of our past experiences in renovations, we were never surprised and disappointed by some unfortunate liberty a tradesman might take. All in all, we are very, very pleased with the outcome of the project, and we regularly receive compliments on it from passersby, to whom we always recommend you and Gialluisi for their own projects. “I had interviewed 10 contractors prior to hiring JAL construction. I was in an area that was hit hard with Super Storm Sandy and Jal Construction had just completed a home around the block from me. I asked the homeowner what his experience was and he had nothing but raving comments. I had two homes to complete because my mom was hard hit as well. So after my mom's architecture plans for her new home was complete I had John come over and give me an estimate. John was very fair in his estimate and the quality of his product was much better than the other contractors. For instance he used solid wood interior doors and Pella professional series where everyone else was using Anderson 100 series and hollow doors. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process constantly checking in to make sure everything was as we wanted. I also liked the fact that he would do one home at a time which made the process much quicker. I was so impressed by the quality and workmanship that I hired John and Jal Construction to do my house as well and I was equally impressed”

“BNL did a wonderful job building my family's home. I learned of BNL from their excellent reputation within the community, and they exceeded all expectations. The process of building a new home is daunting, and you often hear horror stories. However, Luigi and his family walked us through every phase making this an enjoyable experience. They were always available to talk, listen and explain/educate. The project was completed on time and within budget. More importantly, the house is beautiful and well made.”
