“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“We wanted our bathroom completely redone and Rufino of Labra Design Build handled the whole project from start to finish. I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. We would not hesitate to hire Labra Design Build for any other project and we highly recommend him.”

“We have had two excellent experiences with Perkins Construction Company. The first job entailed window replacement and residing of our house. Perkins brought great attention to detail to this task. Details associated with house wrap, flashing, and siding reveals were handled carefully. The result was and still is beautiful and durable. The second job was a complete remodeling of the living areas of our house – living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallways. This entailed a completely new kitchen, new hardwood flooring, new balustrade, and new casings. The project resulted in a wonderful transformation of these spaces, again with excellent workmanship. Perkins also provided excellent design consultation during the process.”

“Lamanen construction is the most professional company with clear communication, accurate timing and consistent budgeting. It was a relief to find a building company that had the expertise to finish my basement, which is over 3000 square feet in a luxury home. It’s difficult to find a reliable builder to complete this sort of project while staying true to the high end design elements. This is the only company I can imagine using for any project in the future. In fact, I hired them to complete a massive landscape project after seeing what they were capable of and, so far, I am amazed. Love this builder!”

“Mr. Randy Baker and his team built my house in the 2003/2004 time period. I was so pleased that I hired Randy and his team come back to put an addition on my house in 2016/2017. They are perfectionists, have great ideas and suggestions and provide top quality customer service from the very start of the project to the end. My house is as beautiful as it is because of the level of attention to detail and great ideas that Randy and his team provided throughout the entire project. I highly recommend R.L. “I found MCB Motor City via Angie's List. My initial intent with my project was to simply come up with sound and economic stair rail and baluster project. Matt met and inspected the area and proposed his plan and it was agreed upon. On the first day of the project, the desire/intent/scope of project was changed by homeowners. Rather than just the railing we decided to include the risers and treads too. Matt was very prompt with the revisions. They were agreed upon and the new project resumed. In just 5 1/2 days, Matt and a fellow worker Ryan nailed it. Wow. What a terrific finish. Thanks MCB, specifically Matt and Ryan for the awesome job!”
