They build with passion and integrity, which is not only reflected in the aesthetics of our home but also in features behind the walls. In certain instances they exceeded building code requirements. Siena Signature Builders made the design process easy. They were patient and flexible, allowing us to add our own design touches and they ensured we were educated along the way. Siena included features that make our home functional yet unique so that it stands out from others. They provide excellent customer service, are more than willing to answer our questions and provide timely follow up. We love our home and will continue to recommend Siena Signature Builders!”

“We had never built was a custom home builder before building with Matisse Homes so we didn't know what to expect - in the end to go with Kelvin was the best decision we made. He was so easy to work with, he was there to help with all of our decision making, he was always on the job site ensuring things were running smoothly and in a timely fashion. There were no surprises in costs and we knew what we were getting from the beginning of the process. At a time where our friends were building with a custom home builder and having all sorts of problems, budget overages and a 2 year build, from digging the hole in the ground to move in for us was 9 months! He had a great relationship with all of his trades people and they also were very respectful and easy to deal with. We have been in our home for 4.5 years and we still walk into our house and feel the same way we did the first time we saw it complete - and we still say that if we do it one more time, we'll be calling Kelvin.”

“Although DVC has helped us to complete the reno's we had started with others last year (before knowing them) we have come to understand their perfection, professional work ethics as being second to none. We have begun a garage make over with them this month. Inspired by all the great work they have done for us in the past. We joke that the garage is becoming one of the nicest rooms in our home. Their knowledge, no limitation attitude, willingness to work with us and timely fashion of completing projects, make us wish they had been in business when we had started our ranch home 18 years ago! No task is too big or small and you get what you pay for....with genuine personal touches. If you can dream it, they can make it happen!”

“Jeff has been awesome to deal with! After a parade of "contractors" that made Mike Tyson look professional and level headed, we gave it one last chance and met with Jeff after seeing his ad on Facebook. When I found out he used to work as a Site Supervisor at a larger builder here in Calgary, I could instantly tell that he understood how hiring a contractor is just as much about customer service as it is the work. Jeff was helpful, and genuine. Most surprisingly, he gave me a quote and while I expected it to be 15% higher than the quote, he stuck to every dime! I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the work. Surprisingly enough, through his contacts his HVAC guy ended up being the same guy that worked on my home when it was being built. They pulled of a miracle from a previous mess up and fixed the existing work that was already done!”

“Dave and his crew replaced some of our siding with raised hardy panel with a metal reveal. Looks fantastic and they did a great job. They also built a very large arbour over our concrete decks and a built in bench seating and table. Again the guys did a great job. Dave and his trades are very professional and I would highly recommend them. They will be back this spring to continue some work.”

“Marwood Architecture Design remodelled my kitchen, which was extremely dark and dated. My kitchen is now two - toned (dark wood and white) with glass cabinet doors where my dishes are kept. The kitchen is exactly what I wanted; it is now bright, cheery and updated. Marwood Design also assisted with recovering my stools and replacing my blinds. This company, along with it's contractors, were extremely courteous and professional. They also kept to the timeline as promised which was essential given our busy lifestyle. I have received numerous compliments on my kitchen. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again!”
