“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

Once we walked through the front door, we were sold in an instant and ended our search with your property. Everything from the floorplan, attention to details, and appliances are everything and more that we have ever wished for. Most important, we thank you for making our purchase and move-in so hassle and stress free. You have been so wonderful to work with during this entire process and have always made yourself available when needed. You are a man of your word and we truly appreciate you making sure we are 100% happy with everything as we turn our new purchase into a cozy home. “We cannot say enough wonderful things about our remodeling experience with Bert Gleicher and Associates. We had heard all of the horror stories and it seemed a foregone conclusion that every project goes over budget and takes longer than anticipated. In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day. “A+plus design and remodeling renovated my two living rooms into more then I had expected! Our project was out of their comfort zone as they mostly do kitchens and bath! But, I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I would like for them to come back and finish the rest of iur hime! Adam believes in making sure his customer is fully satisfied or he is not! We struggled a little but I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and trust him with my home again! :)”

“We absolutely LOVE our fully remodeled kitchen and dining room! Alex and the guys at Build 4 You made my reno dreams come true - not just because both rooms look even better than I originally imagined... but mostly because they estimated the work would be done in 6 weeks, AND IT WAS DONE IN 6 WEEKS!!! Unheard of, and so worth the money and brief hassle of living in a house while it's being remodeled. The whole crew was trustworthy and the team did a phenomenal job, implementing my ideas while offering their expertise! I will be using them again as soon as I can afford to remodel the bathroom. :)”
