“I completed a large renovation with Adrian on my home. We have had bad experiences in the past so were very wary of renovating again. We are so happy that we did and so grateful to Adrian and his team for making the process a positive experience. I think the way he communicates, the team of tradesman he has and the way he runs the site really showed why he has such high recommendations from clients. The quality of our finished home is beyond our expectation as along the way he spent the time to consult with us and offer ideas and suggestions that we had not even thought about. “Although they are essentially a project builder, they were very flexible in making alterations to a plan to meet developer size guidelines for my block. The Metricon Sales Consultant was very helpful and knowledgable in suggesting and providing an estimate for the increase of the living area of the home to exceed the 180m2 minimum. Response times was a little slow at times and required prompting, but overall helpful and professional.”
