We wanted to put on paper just how grateful we are for the outstanding extension you have made to our home. Every morning when we walk into our new kitchen we marvel at the end result. Our brief was to give light and open up a dark ground floor, extending the inside living out and the results have ticked ALL those boxes with exceptional attention to detail.
The entire building process from initial planning right through to completion was professionally managed and ran without any major problems. Unexpected issues were dealt with, with due diligence. During all stages of construction, we knew that we could trust you to keep things running to plan with very clear communication.
You took the time to give concise explanations along the way and made it clear how additional steps could be of benefit to us. You were readily available to us around the clock and showed great foresight of a reputable and experienced builder in planning, design and proficiency of your trade.
From the outset the stages were clearly identified to us and indicative of the cost and scope of works. As Project Managers we admired the process and organisation, management and control you demonstrated in our project right through to compliance and certification.
At days end the site was always complete and functional to a level for us to maintain being able to live on site throughout the process.
Again, thank you for undertaking our extension. We feel there could have been no better builder we could have engaged to bring us this result and we are proudly honoured for our home to bare the Constructive Building Services stamp.

“As the owner of Chapman Built Luke was very much on deck and in-tune every step of the way for our major renovation which included a small extension. His attention to detail is extraordinary and we are very happy with the finish. Nothing was too much trouble and our ideas and concerns were always listened to. Luke proposed some cost saving and design changes from the architects drawings which was much appreciated. Carpenters Adam and Dave were outstanding, very respectful and fun. They were excellent problem solvers and totally reliable. Ours was a 5 month build which finished on time. Even now our home is finished Luke has assisted us with a few minor issues. Our satisfaction with the work is obviously important to him. This was the first time we had done anything like this and we would recommend Luke and his team to anyone else contemplating either building a new home or doing a renovation.”

“We engaged ProStyle to undertake a major renovation of our home. This was a tricky build on a difficult site. It required considerable imagination and involved major challenges in terms of the design, technical/engineering issues and severe adverse weather conditions. We engaged ProStyle on the strength of their reputation for imaginative renovation as evidenced by their portfolio of past projects. They proved willing to understand what we wanted to achieve and take on board our ideas and make them a reality. Throughout the build everyone associated with ProStyle (including their sub-contractors) acted professionally and courteously. Their attention to detail, willingness to accommodate changes 'on the fly', and prompt response to our queries and questions took much of the stress out of this renovation. Overall, we were very happy with the result (see Canberra - Project 1 on ProStyle's page). Apart from a small number of agreed variations to the project and unavoidable delays due to weather, the renovation was delivered on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend ProStyle.”

“The team (Bob, Brendan and Lisa) at BLD Homes was extremely professional and accommodating from the start of my build all the way until handover. As this was our first building experience, we weren’t sure what to expect. We have had friends and family with some horror stories with builders in the past, but we knew from the beginning that we were in good hands.
Our home was completed well within the time frame and the quality was top class! Any minor issues were quickly resolved to ensure that our move was timely and smooth. They were with us along the way and. We appreciated the constant updates from the team throughout the build and were very impressed with their knowledge/expertise in relation to the design of ou home. This was a large and challenging project but they made it very easy and very satisfying experience for us.
