“Frank and his staff from Finial are wonderful! Frank designed and built our dream home. He listened and planned with us for months and incorporated every detail we wanted. Frank thought of many things we would not have. The result is beautiful exquisite and we could not be more happy. Frank and his team were wonderful throughout the building process. We were informed of progress, details were patiently explained and every sub was very respectful. Frank is very honest, clear and supportive. If we were to build another home, we would use Finial! “My husband and I love living in the Cypress Trails community. Our home has preserve and water views that are enjoyed every day. My favorite home feature is the family room, which overlooks preserve, and its large three-panel sliding glass door. We have so much natural light, the lights don't go on until it's dark outside! We also love our open floorplan and cooking/entertaining in our spacious kitchen. We can't say enough good things about our first home-building experience, our beautiful AV home and the Nocatee community.”

“Justin G., the owner of the company, his crew and the subcontractors he has building our new custom home have been outstanding. Justin is constantly at the site, communicating with us and the crew to insure that everything is being built competently and to our specifications. He has accompanied us to assist us in choosing cabinetry, doors and windows, granite, tile, fireplace, flooring, appliances and in designing our pool and deck. He is always warm, welcoming and open to our input, but has helped steer us in the right direction to quality materials and designs. We were very impressed with the relationship he has with his crew and subcontractors. The positive feedback we received from them when initially trying to choose the right builder for us was one of the primary reasons we picked his company. As the build has progressed, we have had the opportunity to appreciate Justin's choice of some of the best craftsman in this area. From the precision of Tony and his crew in framing, to "Bear" in sleek, smooth drywall (even on a 12 foot ceiling), to Mike in gorgeous custom cabinetry, and the Hunts in impeccable tiling, we could not be happier. Our home will be completed in just a few weeks, it will be worthy of a Houzz showcase!”
