She was a total professional who attempted to work through all conditions to get our project completed in a timely and effective, accurate manner at all angles. At one point where she was slightly delayed and fully apologetic - we later discover she had a sick child in the hospital while trying to complete our work! Gwen was also very adaptive to working with the designer and contractor that we already had on the project.
