“These guys are amazing. I was lucky enough to meet Mike and the Sett guys a few years ago when they started building these home studios. I work from home, and never really had considered my space - much less an environmentally friendly, well-deigned space. I love my Sett. It is perfect for me, as we have a new baby at home, and I'm close enough to help my wife when she needs me, but also able to get away from "house things" and concentrate on my work. If you are serious about a home studio, these guys are professionals that care about energy efficiency, and take pride in producing something that looks great. You'll be happy to see it every time you walk outside. I am!”

“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”

We had some good ideas to start; Daniel helped guide us through details we didn't think about, while keeping true to our vision. ““I’ve had the pleasure of working with George and Gretchen on numerous new construction builds and larger remodels. As a flooring subcontractor for several builders, I can say that George and Gretchen’s attention to detail is impressive. They question everything to help insure that the quality and final results they deliver to their clients is Top Notch and what was promised. As with any construction related business, issues always arise, but the professional manner to which they address and handle those issues is also impressive and I’ve worked with a lot of builders.
