They finished my entire lower level, added a wrap around deck, a three season porch, renovated two bathrooms, and designed and installed custom entry stairs. The craftsmanship by Olson Development was extremely high quality. The company workers were respectful, communicative, and honest. The job site was always well managed, neat and safe. “We worked with Mauro Builders on an extensive home addition and renovation project and we could not be happier with our collaboration and the end result! Shawn, Michelle, and their entire team were brilliant to work with; they run a phenomenally high quality operation and every facet is managed in an extremely timely and well executed manner. Shawn and his team of contractors/workers are such a wealth of knowledge and experience as well; they were able to tackle every aspect of our project superbly, balancing the fine line of what was absolutely essential for the long term sustainability of what we were constructing, whilst being mindful of and staying as much as possible within our budget constraints. They are the most respectful and considerate team of professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with too - considering we were living in our house while the work was being done, Shawn and his guys really went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and not inconvenienced in the least. We were done with our entire substantial process of construction within a mere 3 months; work was undertaken every single day without any breaks and with the utmost precision, quality, and care. It is all a testament to the tenacity and work ethic that Mauro Builders is renowned for and in the tricky world of construction, they are undoubtedly a rarity! “I bought a modular house through Westchester Modular in 2015. They demolished the existing house and put up a new colonial-style, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modular house that is 2000 sq. ft in size. In general, they were easy to work with and had reasonable number of options in terms of materials and colors to choose from. I didn't have a lot of special requests because this was planned as a rental property. In summary, the project went well and house was delivered in about 9 months from start to finish (including time for design, blueprints, permits, etc.) What I didn't like was that the interior of garage was not finished (not painted or primed) and thought it would have been. On the plus side, Liz and Patrick from the project delivery team were a delight to work with. They kept the project moving at a quick pace and provided frequent communication to inform me of what was going on. One of my biggest concerns from the beginning was there would be lots of unexpected hiccups that would cause the price to swell up. I am happy to report that the price increased very little from the original quote and any increases were very reasonable due to my requests for changes such as additional lighting or outlets.”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. Everyone on their team was all so polite and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone in Fairfield County.”

“Pantani and Sons successfully completed a residential house lifting project for me. The company did a great job and finished ahead of schedule and at budget. Subcontractors showed up on time and finished as planned. Dennis Pantani answered all of my questions and reacted to any changes or modifications needed. I felt Dennis knew exactly how to get the work done and that anything that came up would be solved to my satisfaction.”
