“After moving into our new home, we wanted to do some renovations to make it just right for our lifestyle. We chose Valentine Builders because they are local and have a good reputation. There were so many trades involved that it made sense to use a general contractor, and we are glad that we did. The price was amazing. I can't fathom how they did it so reasonably. They build houses, and they took time to make our small renovation seem like their priority. They gave some good ideas, they pulled permits, and they beat the time estimate. They kept to price with no add ons. The subs worked regularly with them, and so were trustworthy. There was good communication from one of the owners, Kim, and she came frequently to inspect and to make sure that we were pleased. The subs cleaned after themselves, and Kim came after the subs to clean any remaining dust. We were pleased with price, time table, communication, and quality of work.”
