“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“A+plus design and remodeling renovated my two living rooms into more then I had expected! Our project was out of their comfort zone as they mostly do kitchens and bath! But, I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I would like for them to come back and finish the rest of iur hime! Adam believes in making sure his customer is fully satisfied or he is not! We struggled a little but I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and trust him with my home again! :)”

“Completely renovated the interior of our house. Very helpful with suggestions, easy to work with, happy to be directed by us, worked within our constraints, helped with odds and ends not in the original project plan. Finished to a high quality and on time despite the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Any issues post completion they were quickly onsite to repair. Very happy”

“My wife saw the house we currently live in quite by accident, as we were looking in a lower price range category. She fell in Love with the house on first look, and I was in the unenviable position of figuring out how to possibly make this house hers financially. Once that was accomplished, I found out day after day the quality and workmanship that went into this home. I doubt it is possible to build a home better then "Foundation To Roof" builds a home, missing no detail in their exceptional construction. I continue to be amazed at the things I realize went into this home, and owe it all to "Foundation To Roofs" exceptional commitment to using the best materials and labor available in the Los Angeles market place. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have their home built or remodeled by "Foundation To Roof" will learn exactly what we have learned after living in this house the last 2+ years.”

“Aamir and I can’t thank you enough for our fabulous home you have designed from the ground up. We fell in LOVE the instant we pulled up to the house and were in absolute ahhh! Once we walked through the front door, we were sold in an instant and ended our search with your property. Everything from the floorplan, attention to details, and appliances are everything and more that we have ever wished for. Most important, we thank you for making our purchase and move-in so hassle and stress free. You have been so wonderful to work with during this entire process and have always made yourself available when needed. You are a man of your word and we truly appreciate you making sure we are 100% happy with everything as we turn our new purchase into a cozy home. “Ron is one of the hardest working people I've every met. He will treat you like you are the number one priority in his life. If you are shopping for estimates from different contractors, stop wasting your time. The biggest regret I have is not finding Ron sooner and signing a contract with him sooner. I had my kitchen remodeled. I am so happy with the outcome and can't believe how beautiful my kitchen is now. Ron completed my kitchen in just under two and a half weeks. Not only was it affordable but the quality of the products and services were 5 stars. Ron and Nicole are very generous and kind people who made a major kitchen renovation smooth. I highly recommend them for any remodeling and will continue to work with them.”
