“Outstanding Custom Home Builder. Skilled Craftsmen and attention to every detail. Great decorator. Merle Stutzman and Daisy were wonderful to work with. Built 3200 sq. ft home with custom cabinets, vaulted and tray ceilings,and much more. Highly recomend this company and would definitely use them again!”

“From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. We have been in our new Smith home for over a month now and we could not be more pleased with our home and our choice of builders. “Having built several homes in the past, we can honestly say the experience with Modern Home Concepts has been the best by far. The attention to detail from the staff, helpful input into the design concepts and speedy email/calls has made this the least stressful and most fun build ever! Katie F. has been fantastic in walking us through all of our design choices and making helpful suggestions when we were honestly stuck. We especially appreciate the professionalism in designing our retirement "dream" home, and since we have not won the lottery yet, the staff has been helpful with our budget without sacrificing our "vision". We look forward to posting pictures soon!”

“After going to every Parade of Homes in Medina County for over a year; and interviewing several local builders, we chose Legacy Homes. The way John handled our initial meeting—the one I brought a 3” binder stuffed with years of “ ideas” to—was a great way to begin a relationship. He was open to my ideas and was able to show us how he could put my vision into one of his homes. His creativity and fondness for unique features appealed to my design background; and my husband appreciated his direct approach and “what he was able to deliver for the price”. John and his team’s field experience and subcontractor relationships made the process simple and they stayed on schedule. John’s attention to detail, focus on aesthetics and his overall vision for the space produced a stunning and beautiful home. It is highly functional and reflects our lifestyle. And Legacy delivered on time and on budget. All the folks at Legacy are thorough, dependable and extremely helpful. We are very pleased with our home and we regularly recommend Legacy Homes.”

“We built with Schumacher Homes. We have been in our home for 1 yr. the build process went really good until the last couples weeks when the paint and drywall were being finished. At the time we were upset but realized their work was going to be limited and they reminded us that they come back at a year to redo/finish anyrthing we wanted. They just came back and said everything we wanted would not be a problem. Our contractor Tom was a good guy to work with. I don't recommend letting the lady who takes you through the design center to give prices because we were charged a couple thousand more than what was expected on a couple items. Overall our experience with them was good and hopefully everything that comes with the house including 10 yr structural and 30 yr roof/ dry basement stays good.”

“Working with Kemppel Homes was great experience. Stephanie and Amber were both great people to work with, and each knew what they wanted to bring to the new website. Each home we got to view through the pictures was breathtaking and you felt like you wanted to live in each one. When visiting their Parade Home, the home itself was gorgeous in person and you could tell a lot of work and time was spent on even the smallest detail. We enjoyed working with Kemppel Homes and can't wait to see what they will build next.”
