“James and his team built a two-storey side extension to our 1930s home. We spent a lot of time researching local builders and we are so pleased we found JMB Design & Build. However busy he is, James is always contactable and responsive and he has a keen eye for detail. James worked to our budget for which we are very grateful. During the build we were able to add a room in the newly created loft space which has been a huge bonus and James was great at finding creative solutions to make it work. The end result is a lovely family home that has retained its original features but it now fit for modern life. I would recommend James and his team highly.
