“Oh my… I don’t even know where to start. I saw this beautiful range hood in a magazine and fell in love. We bought an Italian Villa and it seriously needed this range hood. I did my research and found that Ancient Surfaces hand carves them. Living in Pennsylvania how was I going to make all of this work? The hood would be traveling from Europe to my kitchen in PA. Sounds wild I spoke with the owner, Toni, and he reassured me it could be done. From our first conversation to present, Toni was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He helped me every step of the way. He was always just a phone call away. Nervous about the whole process, but willing to try to make it happen. I trusted in Toni, and read the previous reviews which were wonderful. Boy am I glad I did!!! We just had the range hood installed, and it is absolutely beautiful!!! “My wife and I had been waiting years to renovate our kitchen and guest bathroom. Once the pandemic hit, we struggled with deciding whether to wait another year or more, or bite the bullet, and once we were vaccinated, go for it. We decided to go for it. We did exhaustive research on home remodelers and narrowed our search down to three top-rated companies. We met with a contractor from each company. Alon from Pearl Remodeling beat everyone else out. From the first time Alon visited with us, he was punctual, courteous, friendly and honest. He never rushed us; he answered every question we had; and he also gave his own opinions, which we greatly appreciated. When he sent us the estimate, it was competitive with the others received. The difference from the others was the connection we had with Alon. He promised that he would exceed our expectations and that we’d be thrilled with the result. Seven months later, surviving a renovation during a pandemic, Alon was 100% right. He delivered on the promise he made the first day we met with him. Our renovation would have been done in two months. Pearl Remodeling moved quickly, efficiently, and expertly. It was the delays in materials (principally, quartz for our kitchen countertops; the vanity for the guest bathroom; and most awful- the wait for our kitchen appliances. We ordered them in April right after we signed the contract with Pearl; the dishwasher and range were delivered the first week of November.) Despite the delays, Pearl Remodeling was reassuring every step of the way. Again, special shout-out to Alon. He has the patience of a saint; every week when I told him there was yet another delay with the appliances, he was empathetic and understanding. This was my wife’s and my first home renovation. We are both perfectionists and when something is done nearly perfectly, we will only see the miniscule blemish. Put it this way: We had Alon’s phone number on speed dial. Every day during the renovation, I’d call with one issue or concern and Alon’s answer always was, “Absolutely. No problem. I will come over and we will take care of this.” And he did. Sometimes there was an issue, and Pearl fixed it immediately. Standard part of the renovation process, I now have learned. Sometimes, it was more of a phantom issue, stress-induced on our end. We wouldn’t like how the new toilet looked; then, a day later, we’d realized it was fine. We just needed to become accustomed to the change. Like I said, we were first timers. My point is that Alon was kind and he listened to each and every call and he made sure we knew any problem would be solved. I want to give a shoutout to some of the rest of the crew, because this is the other amazing thing about Pearl: You have a whole team dedicated to your property. Ofer, Jordan, and George- they all know each other, and they’ve worked together for years, so they have a rapport and a friendliness that is brought into your home. I highly recommend Pearl Remodeling.”

“I saw an ad for Neolithic's stone over 5 years ago and finally my dream was realized. Last summer when I stepped into Neolithic, the stone took my breath away. There is so much beauty and history, you could spend hours exploring. Then I was greeted by the wonderful Regina. I shared my little project plan (a meager 5 x 10 bath) and I was provided with the highest level of attention and customer service. I kept thinking...it's just a little bath...but it's obvious that Neolithic values EVERY client. I expressed interest in the beautiful Corsica stone and Regina called the manager, Tom, and asked him to come by and meet me. She also called the owner. I was truly blown away by their interest in my little project given their website gallery of exquisite mansions and estates. I ordered the Corsica limestone and the exceptional customer service continued throughout the buying process and until my bath was finished. I was able to visit their warehouse to select favorite pieces. There, the warehouse manager, Bong, was incredibly helpful and truly considerate of my interests. And when my contractor had questions about the limestone, Bong provided guidance as well as a referral. This level of customer support is unheard of and lead to the incredible result. The limestone is breathtakingly beautiful. People literally gasp when they walk in! The colors are mind-blowing and an expert in the trade estimated, based on the fossiling, that the stone is around 800 years old!
