“Gabrielle is without a doubt the most wonderful person to work with. She did the interior design of two of my homes. One very traditional and one very contemporary. She listened to my "vision" and made it happen. Not only that, she suggested some wonderful alternatives to some of my ideas. When guests rave about my homes, I say that I can take .1% of the credit, and Gabrielle gets 99.9%. One thing I have learned working with Gabrielle, is she is always right! I trust her ideas and I have never been disappointed.”

“I decided to change the layout of my kitchen and after doing extensive research for the right designer I landed on Erin’s website and it was so impressive that I submitted a request for a quote and didn’t turn back. Erin is so professional and friendly. Her designs and attention to detail is outstanding. She went above and beyond not only working with me but with the contractors and painters too. I love my new kitchen and I couldn’t have done it without her, highly recommended.”

“We were in need of a new front entrance door. The precious “double” door (builder grade) was not creating a secure air energy efficient seal and was problematic. We contacted Back 40 Designs to review our home repair issue. We were unsure if the double door could be repaired or if we should invest and improve our front entrance door. The double door, was a traffic entrance issue as well. With onsite evaluation of existing doors, frame, hardware etc we took the decision to remedy the issue and select a new energy efficient statement door. Following careful measuring, we ordered and in a few days it was delivered and ready to install!!! It is an oversized single door with 3/4 beveled lead glass, side lights too featured gorgeous beveled lead glass- stunning! It floods our foyer with beautiful natural light as we face south- curb appeal “envy” of Neighbourhood. Careful and considerate installation with all the necessary hardware, insulation and even a new door bell - such respect, TLC and attention to details made it an immense pleasure to work with Back 40 Designs. I plan to have Back 40 Designs return this month to install hardwood flooring in our kitchen and great room- can’t wait to see the continued transformation and improvement to our home !!”

“Joe and Lori came in and quoted the painting job we needed done in a timely and professional manner. On the agreed upon day, they came to do the one day painting job and they finished up a couple of hours before I thought they would. They were pleasant, cheerful, and competent. I was very pleased with their work! We have hired them to do our next painting project as well!”
