“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. Laura is very efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“We hired Michelle to help us redesign our master bath and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We wanted to create a spa like setting complete with a larger shower, luxury whirlpool and other creature comforts that women enjoy. Michelle came up with a stunning design that involved some changes of moving a wall, adding pocket doors and relocating some of the plumbing. Her plan included all the materials to be considered for the project and paint colors. We love the whirlpool that is large enough for two and has these fancy lights that change colors as the pool is on. Her design incorporated the existing master bedroom and she helped us with some ideas there also. Michelle is very creative, full of energy and an absolute joy to work with. There are many great designers in Chicago and she is definitely in that elite group of designers.”

“Fern is simply great. She really listens to you, works within your budget, finds you solutions and partners. She's approachable and honest. And she'd do just about anything for a client. And in the event that something's not perfect, she makes it right. For example, she helped us get some custom cushions. The day they were delivered, she took the initiative to check in and make sure everything was perfect. A few of the cushions were sized a bit awkwardly (not her fault or doing), but I told her I'd be happy to live with them a bit. She insisted on coming over to check the cushions personally, took them back to the fabricator that day and got us new, perfect cushions in less that four days. Amazing. And honestly, it was a minor detail I'd never have even bothered about. That's what you want in a design partner. We'll be working with her again for sure!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Gemma to update our family room and kitchen. The results are outstanding! Gemma's incredible eye for design and extremely professional working style made the project a pleasure from start to finish. Gemma has an excellent eye for detail and architecture. She took my many inspiration photos and created new spaces that feel as though they've always been in our home. She thought of every last detail, so the spaces feel truly finished. Gemma is a great communicator and there were no surprises. She was clear about what our budget would permit, and was creative about making it work. She has excellent taste and has clear opinions, which helped me make good decisions. “Jacquie is an exceptional designer with a fantastic eye!! She is able to help with a small design project (such as giving a room a "facelift") or she can manage a large construction project from start to finish. Jacquie is great at understanding a person or company's own style, rather than imposing her own style upon them. I have worked with Jacquie on multiple corporate projects as well as personal projects, and have referred her to multiple friends and relatives. I can't say enough great things about Jacquie's work, plus she's a great lady to boot!! Highly recommended!!”

“Laurel Feldman was the interior designer and detail "go-to" person on our project. The project included gutting and re-designing the kitchen and decorating the living room, dining room and entry hall. Some of the new design consisted of opening walls in both the living room and dining room and creating a space where the kitchen is open and it all flows from one room to another. Laurel also designed a wall of built-in cabinets for the living room along with cabinetry and shelving for the dining room. She was also involved in re-designing the lighting, new flooring and removing wood paneling from the entire area. And of course...after all that...Laurel chose paint colors, wallpaper, light fixtures, furniture and accessories for our new space. Her knowledge and attention to detail enhanced all the choices she brought to us...always listening to what we wanted and making sure our thoughts balanced with the look we were envisioning. Laurel was able to help us use all our personal things that we wanted to exhibit and make our traditional favorite things work in our new mid-century modern space. She also helped us accessorize by picking some new items that soon became as comfortable to us as if we owned them forever. It was this personalization of finishing the project that made the difference. She envisioned the outdoors and surrounding ravines of our property as being part of the decor and helped us bring the outside indoors for us. It is a pleasure to come home every single day to the space that Laurel helped us create!”

“Chad was great to work with! After 8 years with a large empty stairwell wall I was so excited to work with Chad to design a picture wall. He really listened to what I was looking for and made it a reality. I truly LOVE my picture wall and so many people love it when they walk in my house. I used to see this type of wall in magazines only and love that one is in my house telling my families story.”
