“While building our dream home I quickly recognized that I needed a professional decorator to help me with the many selections necessary so that I wouldn't make huge and expensive mistakes. I called Shelly and Judy who quickly made arrangements to come down to The Woodlands to help me with paint, tile and flooring selections. They did such a wonderful job that I continued to contact them to help me furnish our outdoor living, dining and kitchen areas with the appropriate outdoor furniture. It was time to move indoors where they helped me select bedroom, office and entry furniture that was quality, timeless and appropriate size for our high ceilings and large rooms. Shelly and Judy helped me design beautiful bedding, window treatments and accessories for the bedrooms and now we continue to move to other rooms within our new home. They are very creative, professional and resourceful! I couldn't have done this without their expertise and appreciate their willingness and patience as we complete this project when we are so many miles apart. Thank you Shelly and Judy!!!!”

“Victoria and her team are incredible! She was able to construct a plan that really captured exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I, while having a smaller house, we wanted something casual yet, sophisticated. Thank goodness we have similar taste! From textures, to paint color, and natural elements J. House & Co really hit the nail on the head for us. I can't recommend her enough!! Communication is so important and she really made us feel heard and was so easy to accommodate any sudden changes or something I wasn't to fond of. Always had a back up plan! While her designs are beautiful and unique, she is also great at working to customize designs to end on compromises between my husband and myself. We were initially overwhelmed with the process of hiring a designer, but Andrea quickly set us at ease. “We have had the pleasure to work with Dee on our master bedroom, living room and dining room. She has an amazing ability to design the rooms to exactly fit our wants and needs. We couldn't tell her exactly what our design tastes were or exactly what we wanted but she was still able to design our dream rooms. Dee is great because she not only creates the design, but she handles the scheduling of any contractors that are needed and is also hands on with every aspect of the design install. We were always worried the we wouldn't be able to picture what the final result would be, but when Dee uses her "magic" software we were able to see exactly what the rooms would look like. Not only did she take us out shopping for artwork but she also came up with a great idea with getting our kids involved with the design by having them create some paintings that hang prominently in the dining room. We are looking forward to our next project with Dee which will be the largest so far...the kitchen/family room! We can't wait to get started! Dee is simply a joy to work with!”

“I love Functional Conceptz because they are a one stop shop for any and everything you can think of! I was in need of flooring, an updated kitchen back-splash and all the components that make a master bedroom a sanctuary, including drapery, bedding and lighting. Aisha is an extremely talented designer who not only listens and executes, she always maintains an open line of communication. She demonstrates an impressive level of expertise and professionalism yet so very down to earth. I love her outside of the box thinking! It was such a pleasure working with her and I would not hesitate hiring Functional Conceptz in the future.”
