She spent a great deal of time consulting me to understand not only what we liked, but also how we lived in the house so the pieces chosen were not only beautiful, but functional. Another thing I valued was that Denise kept the whole of the interior of my house in mind when planning how to furnish and decorate a room. This meant it was possible to focus on one room, or space at a time, while having an overall plan for the look I was trying to create for the whole house. I love my study, where I work most days. Denise can also access a good range of suppliers, with many options to choose from. She goes above and beyond trying to source just the write piece of furniture, or decoration. Overall, I found Denise and the service she offered helped to make the process of turning out new house into our lovely home exciting and enjoyable. “We hired Emme designs to decorate our penthouse and were very pleased with the results.Before proceeding , with her company,Emmy put our minds at ease by preparing a folio, showing us various materials, colour palette and fabric swatches to be used for our project. Emmy was very professional, communicated well, and was easy to talk to,understanding exactly what we liked…eg. we opted for a minimalist modern decor, for furniture ,T.V. cabinet, study nook etc.She had good contacts, and knew exactly where to source everything from, therefore saving us heaps. “My bathroom wish sounded simple enough: I wanted beautiful space, with a big deep bath in which I could relax with a glass of champagne; I wanted the bath separate from the shower; and the laundry had to be fit into the small, irregularly shaped space. From the outset I had the sense that Jasmine was genuinely concerned to ensure that my experience of the project be as hassle free as possible, and that the end product would meet my expectations. Jasmine demonstrated a genuine enthusiasm for the project; she wanted to create a bathroom for me and my home, and not simply roll out another version an existing model. Jasmine actually listened to what I wanted. She found a bath which met my specifications and which fit into the space, and then designed a lovely space around it making the most of the room's irregular shape. By presenting the plans with tile, cabinetry and bench top samples, Jasmine helped me to see what the room could become. She also recommended a cabinet maker and a builder who would bring the plans to life. Jasmine's commitment to making sure I got what I wanted was illustrated by what she did with the tiles. When I said that the first tiles were not quite right, Jasmine found an alternative with which I was happy. I thought we were done but unknown to me, Jasmine kept looking for an option that more closely fit the initial idea. She found them, and I am delighted to say that they are a striking anchor in a beautiful room. I am not a person who would ever say that I enjoyed a renovation. But Jasmine and her team at Jasmine McClelland Design delivered on the promise to make the process as straight forward as possible. The planning meetings were used to get a clear understanding of my requirements and priorities, and to answer my many questions. With plans in place and decisions on fittings and fixtures made, I was able to get on with my own job and leave Jasmine and the team to theirs. I was kept up to date with regular progress reports (including pictures). The bathroom was delivered on time and on budget. The finished product is much more beautiful than I imagined. “I originally approached Sally for advice on optimising the functionality of the outdoor space so that it became an extra room. The interior of my home is small and therefore I really needed another area to entertain. The workmanship on the decking is immaculate! I would't have thought to use the picture frame boarder but I admire it every time I am in the space. The next stage will be to plant out the garden beds, which Sally is also helping to arrange when I am ready. I have also always wanted plantations shutters, but thought they were out of my budget. Sally was able to use her industry contacts to obtain a price that was considerably less than the direct quote I received!
