“We are very pleased with Jennifer Stoner's design of our newly remodeled home. She was thorough, creative, honest with price options and took care of every issue we had. She was able to please all 7 of us in each of our bedrooms and all of us in the main living areas. She was able to create "our style" rather than reproduce designs she had previously created elsewhere. The space we live in is both flexible and beautiful. Above all else, she was masterful in designing a creative and soothing color palette that moved and changed from room to room, so that our more ecclectic furnishings blended well. Excellent at steering us to the more substantial quality anchor pieces. She even designed our chandelier so that the scale would be perfect. We are very happy with her work- the experience was a pleasure.”

“We used Heather to set up our Airbnb business basically from scratch. What we started with was a bit lower even than blank slate and she did an incredible job setting the theme and ambience that we wanted personally and also what would work for the business. In the photo attached - just a small example - we transformed a simple small condo patio into a cute "get away" for our guests. She blended a few items that were special to us with some thrift finds and - mostly - new items...and to top it off she delivered on time!!”

“My husband and I decided to renovate our entire 100 year old historic home and Stephanie was up to the challenge! She brought in building contractors, painters, plumbers, electricians, floor refinishers and a specialty faux painter; selected all the fixtures, overhead lighting/fans, lamps, area rugs, etc. Her sharp eye for detail and color was amazing! She designed the bathrooms and executed her plans flawlessly. The room colors were beyond our imagination - she simply bought much needed love and care to this old home and turned it into a show place! We would not hesitate to hire her for another home, whether it be new or old! It was one of the most stress free experiences we have ever had in this home of 30 years!”

“Paul guided us perfectly through the process of renovating a kitchen in 2018 and a loft addition in 2019 in our city condo. We are using his services again in 2022 to design the enty/hallway area for improved continuity and storage along with a redo of our master bathroom. Paul's work is top notch and very professional with his excellent design style. He negotiates obstacles that may arise in a calm manner. It is truly a partnership when you hire Paul. He listens to your needs, your likes and dislikes. He is nonjudgemental about your taste and so the process becomes fun, supportive, and educational. I really appreciate learning about design concepts and principles by working with Paul. The outcome of our kitchen and loft is stunning! I love the large island with a curved edge and mix of tile on the floor with the wood and the pendant lighting he recommended and designed. We get compliments all the time from our friends, family, and neighbors!”

“I can't say enough amazing things about Heather at Post & Beam! She has (figuratively) held my very nervous and indecisive hand (very patiently I might add) the whole time. Her style is amazing and I trust her guidance so much. We have been working together for a few months now and she has done an amazing job on my bathroom- a concept that was outside my comfort zone but I am so I love with! She has been very quick to respond to all my questions and I enjoy working with her. Can't wait to finish the next room which we are working on now. Thanks Heather for everything!!!”

“Chase staged our home beautifully and had excellent ideas to help us sell it fast. He used a great mix of our own furniture/decor, pieces from his own inventory, and items he helped me pick out while keeping our budget in mind. We got so many complements on the results and sold our house in only several days (over the asking price) which I believe was due to the thoughtful and gorgeous staging. I highly recommend working with him for any decorating and staging needs!”
