“I can't say enough good things about Virginia. My project started as furnishing a few rooms in our new house, and the experience was so wonderful (and the prices Virginia found on gorgeous, quality furnishings and fixtures so great - I will never buy furniture through retail stores again) that we ended up doing the entire 5000+ square foot house - paint, wallpaper, light fixtures, artwork, and custom curtains. The result is stunning, better than I could have imagined. Virginia's taste is impeccable, but what she really excelled at was getting to know our family, our style, our likes/dislikes, personalities, how we wanted the rooms to look and function, and how much we wanted to spend. I had never worked extensively with a decorator before - I thought they were only for those with big budgets - and didn't want a snob who would look down on my secondhand or "well-loved" pieces or flea market finds. I needn't have worried - Virginia is so down to earth and a genius at mixing high and low end pieces. At the end of the project, I had a gorgeous, comfortable house that perfectly suited our needs, as well as a cherished friend. Next up - patio furnishings!”

“A few years ago my husband and I were looking for a larger home. After an extensive search looking for our dream home we decided to remodel and build onto our present home. Our designer Sarah helped us to put our desires onto paper, then blue prints, and now a reality. We literally took the roof off and added a second story. Our 2,200 sq. foot home is now our 5,000 dream home. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a huge designer kitchen and family room, formal living room and dining room. My husband's dream movie room is the envy of all his friends. Our 26x26 game room, with a full bar is a highlight of all our guests. I even have my own craft room! Sarah has been as integral part of our design, paint color, carpet selections, tile, hardwood, and countertop selections. Sarah helped find the perfect furniture and even worked with antiques we wanted to keep. She put colors and designs together I would have never thought of. She has been heaven sent.”

We wanted to transform the space into a real living area, and he really helped us pull a style, look, and feel together for the space, which we fell in love with—we now spend most of our time in there. He was an excellent communicator throughout the process, kept us updated regularly, and always had several different options so that we felt like we had a voice in things. We appreciated how open to our opinions and ideas he was, and that he was able to take our rough imaginings and make them come to life. “I hired Amy to help with a kitchen and dining room layout as I began to remodel my kitchen and living room. Normally, I would design myself but I was stumped at the best layout for the space I wanted. She was so easy to work with and met me with an open mind (I tend to think outside the box a lot). She never made me feel crazy for suggesting anything and any critique was easy to swallow. She helped pick out paint colors also. She has provided me with numerous references for countertops, landscapers, painting, etc. and is very easy to comminucate with. She was just so easy to get along with and we had a lot of fun together when talking through house stuff!”

“Ashley is the easiest designer we have ever dealt with. She knew exactly which colors and designs she wanted for the particular house. She didn't take us in circles that we deal with, with some designers. Also the Colors and designs she was doing were couple of years ahead of what all other designers are doing right now. She is also very reliable, we didn't have to go back and forth to try and deliver and set up everything she had planned. Thank you Ashley.”

“We have used Karen many times over the years. Recently we remodeled our master bedroom and bath. What I especially like is that Karen really listens, so that you end up with a room that feels like you and reflects your taste, rather than just a pretty room with no soul. She has very good color sense. She will do as much or as little as you wish. You can meet, make a plan and then shop yourself or she will shop for you or she will go shopping with you. Whether you are furnishing with high end designer furniture or Ikea, Karen will help you. In this case, she helped me pick out wall colors, tile, fabric and linens. Her upholsterer did an excellent job recovering some chairs and her seamstress made the drapes. She worked well with my contractor. She even found our chandelier in a resale shop!”
