“I known Lisa for many years and she has worked on three different houses with me. She has always made sure that all work was completed to my satisfaction. She even made contractors do things over that she wasn't happy with! Lisa went above and beyond on my projects. Designers can be put in difficult situations when a contractor is involved and a home owner isn't happy. She definately went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. Projects worked on with Lisa: Installation of new sinks (with granite having to be cut), painting entire interior, design of drapes and installation, custom shower curtain, having mud room built. Lisa helped in selection of all new toilets, hardware, granite, tile, flooring and all installations as well as her superb advice on furniture, bedding, accessories etc. Lisa has a very optimistic attitude and sweet demeanor. “Overall it was an extremely positive experience with Kimberly. We were doing a major remodel of a vintage 1950s kitchen, including removing interior walls and renovating a full bath" into a powder room to make more space for the kitchen. Kimberly was great to work with - she asked all the right questions, she understood our tastes and had great ideas on not just the kitchen layout but the lighting, cabinets, and flooring. Kimberly and her team very engaged, and were ready to resolve any and all problems that came up, as they tend to do when you rip out a 60 year old kitchen down to the studs and joists. Kimberly is an awesome project manager, she sure everything moved along smoothly, and we didn't have days where we didn't know what was going on or if anyone was coming or what the status was. The attention to detail and the quality of the work is excellent, and after one year everything looks as good as the day our carpenter put the finishing touches on the backsplash. She helped me transform my kitchen into a showplace, and she came up with ideas that I would never have imagined to knock down a wall, add a large island and give it the open floor plan that I thought I would have to move to attain. She used design software to help me visualize her ideas (like a real life FIxer Upper), and came up with multiple options for custom cabinets. I love that Lori brings some current ideas and blends it with my traditional style to give it an updated but not too modern or too trendy look. She was very good about sticking to my budget and giving me options to do some things for me or giving me guidance but having me do some of the legwork to save costs. Lori is also a delight to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!”
