I had some further communication with customer service regarding installation questions, and these questions were also handled promptly and helpfully. The tone of all the emails made it clear that Homary stood behind their products and were eager to have a happy customer. When an installation problem arose that required a replacement part to be sent, the customer service was even better. Without hesitation they made clear that they wanted to make sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction, and they sent me a replacement part at their expense and very quickly without any grappling about whether I should have paid for it. “I do not have enough amazing things to say about Kristin (owner/stylist) of Strand Interiors. After Covid hit, sitting in my badly decorated and poorly lit house for months was truly getting the best of me. I was finishing up work before maternity leave and needed a positive change to get me excited about being home for an undisclosed amount of time - I wanted to LOVE where I was and I was far from it. I found Strand Interiors on Instagram, started following immediately and loved what I saw. I reached out to Kristin to get more information and she immediately blew me away with her kindness and willingness to help. She sent me a quick questionnaire to get started and feel out the looks I was going for and boy did she hit the nail on the head! She was so personable and accessible for my questions and feedback. The fact that she worked so well with my budget AND got me the exact look I was going for was astonishing to me. I can truly say that not only do I LOVE where I live now, but I am truly proud to have guests over (and get compliments almost every time). I am not someone that can put furniture/looks together well on my own and needed the guidance and advice of a true professional - which is exactly what Kristin is. “We found International Custom Design about 6 years ago from the internet when we remodeled our master bath. We started looking for a designer because we could not decide on tile type, color or layout and shopping in a tile showroom was overwhelming with hundreds of choices and patterns. Finding Intl. Custom Design was the best move we made. After the initial meeting, tile samples and colors were brought to us to choose from as well as photos of fixtures (lighting, faucets, cabinets, knobs, etc.). This alone saved so much time for us! Very detail oriented, budget conscious and always available to discuss details with our contractor. We can’t be happier with the end result, it turned out nicer than we could have done on our own. Since then they designed another bathroom for us and just recently the tiling of our foyer. We even ordered window coverings through them! We have recommended Intl. Custom Design to everyone we know who is considering a remodel. Our experience has been great with this company…we highly recommend International Custom Design.”
