“How wonderful to have a decorator who does not provide cookie-cutter designs. She looked at our home, listened to who we are and what we wanted and provided us with choices. From our slate entry to our new floors to the built-ins in the family room to our granite in the kitchen and bathroom, it all ties together to provide a warm, comfortable home. We get so many compliments, I think we may have the design others want to copy.”

“If I could give Sandra 1000 stars, I would!!! She is Amazing!!! We had never imagined how fabulous our home could be until Sandra brought the vision and the talent!! The incredible transformation all came together in good time and within budget. Sandra helped us to focus our time, money and energy on the things that truly made a difference in getting our home market-ready and bringing in top dollar. Everyone who saw our home loved it!! We had several offers on our home before it even came on the market. We owe it all to Sandra!! As if that weren't enough, Sandra is the sweetest, most caring person whom we could have ever asked for. “It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sindhu. Not only does she have impeccable taste, she is able to find the happy medium between my husband and me (we have very different views on what we want). She understands clients' needs including style and price points. She has been so accommodating with our schedule - she is more than happy to meet with us late in the evenings or the weekends given our hectic work schedules. I would highly recommend Sindhu to anyone who wants a simple room remodel or a huge house construction/re-decoration.”

“We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”

“As a veteran of Silicon Valley, I have recognized that integrated platforms provide the best value for end users. What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. Of course, the entire design and office team’s great attitude and genuine care ties all the loose ends. We highly recommend you visit Greenberg Design Gallery in person to assess for yourself.”

“I hired Gamble Interior Design actually through associates that are in San Fransisco CA ,I called Jeni and she came down to Los Angeles to work on my 1927 Tudor revival, I was very interested in finding someone who would stay true to the era while modernizing my home at the same time. ,I was very impressed with her vision of the space and knowledge of the era and am extremely happy with her work! Phase 1 is complete ! Am am excited about starting phase 2 "the Kitchen" (yikes) ,at the end of the month, but I have to say I'm excited to see what inspiration she brings to the table !”

“Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”

We were impressed with how she worked with vendors and contractors, taking control of the project in a professional manner. “All of the work done by Peninsula Modern is clean, contemporary and uniquely designed. Every detail is examined and household decisions (such as using a cupboard used exclusively for coffee or what to do with extra space over a garage) are cleverly solved. I have worked with Tiffiny on a few projects and she is easy going and decisive, and the team she works with is the best at what they do. I would highly recommend Peninsula Modern.”
