That’s what makes her an amazing designer. We loved how methodical, responsive and creative she was. We had a very tight timeline for her but she managed to complete the entire work in about a month. She made the whole redecorating process so stress free for us and made sure we love everything in the space. She was always available to answer questions and made sure we were a part of every design step. We can’t say enough good things about Kasia and her team. “Susan designed a new kitchen layout for our home, including moving walls, changing plumbing, etc. She identified and hired the appropriate contractors and worked closely with the kitchen cabinet company. She worked through all of the details of the job with us (selection of countertops, tile, lighting, wall colors, flooring, window treatments). Susan ensured a very high quality job and we love our remodeled kitchen.

Although she is not an architect, she designed a renovation project that solved a myriad of problems without requiring the massive renovation suggested by several contractors.
She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful positive attitude. My contractor, the subcontractors and our vendors all enjoy working with her as well because she is professional, conscientious, thorough and always well informed.
Having encountered other designers over the years who were either pushy - in the sense that they were not budget sensitive or that they wanted my home to reflect their taste -- I can honestly say Betsy is a breath of fresh air.
