Her design is creative, aesthetically pleasing yet practical in all aspects. She is a professional with high integrity and absolute transparency in her business conduct - a critical factor in our choice of designer. She is responsive, responsible and reliable - ensuring that the project is within budget and meets the timeline set. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her service to any prospective home owner.”

“Design not bad and up to my liking which is by alvin. Deliver back house to us on time which alvin promise. Whatever that we requested all also get it done to us, and also i do not have any worry as i leave my whole house in his hand which is design and reno. David is the 1 incharge of my reno and i can see that he put in full heart to get my house done in the way we want... Most importantly the price is reasonable!!!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Wan Xin on the renovation of my home, and I was able to do it totally off-site because I was working overseas. During my search for renovation contractors, Wan Xin was the only one able to impress me with her attention to details, proposals, and quick response. Even after securing the contracts, she continued to be attentive and quick to respond, and she moved the renovation along as fast as the procedure could take. Being based overseas, I placed total trust in her, and she did not disappoint. The prices might not be the lowest, but her level of service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend her to my friends for future renovations.”

“I got to know JY through a friend's recommendation. He is straight to the point and is able to deliver what has been communicated. During our meet up with the other IDs, all they did was throw some of the packages to us but it was different with JY. He sold us off with his explanation and how he can help us to have a house of our own. He is not pushy and finds out our preferences and ideas before coming out with the design, and he totally nailed it with her his proposal! During the renovation, he always keeps us updated through calls, Whatsapp and photos. My working experience with him was excellent. He also ensured that everything that needed to be fixed was done up properly before I moved into the house. His sense of responsibility meant that I didn't have to worry about my renovation. It was totally a stress-free renovation experience and we are very happy with our home!”

“We engaged Fifth Avenue Interior to take charge of the entire process of our home renovation. As this was our very first property, after much consideration and research, we decided to place trust in them and it was truly the best decision made! Our designer managed to meet all of our expectations ( to be honest, despite it being pretty challenging ). The time management was awesome and most importantly, we were always updated of the progression of the renovation, needless to say, the quality of work was close to perfect! Although there were definitely hiccups along the way, he managed to solve those issues and giving us a peace of mind! Thank you Fifth for giving us such a great experience! This is the first but definitely not the last! & we highly recommend home owners to give trust to them like us, it'll be all worthwhile! (:”

“Working with Shukun and his team was great for the following reasons: - Responsive to queries He was very responsive to our queries and was receptive to our ideas and suggestions. We never felt that we had to chase him for a response. - Great team of professionals His team of contractors and vendors delivered high quality work, which is still pretty much as good as new after 2.5 years. In particular, Paul, his contractor, is such a pleasure to work with, and could always be counted on to rectify any issues. - Innovative space planning He gave us innovative ideas on how to configure and make the best use of our space. This is in contrast to other firms that only gave us one (boring) option. - Fluid design process We weren't pressured to make all our design decisions at the outset. The fluid design process enabled to make decisions even during the construction phase. This was useful as our choices changed when the project started taking shape. - Easy decision process If you like his aesthetic, then you will appreciate that he doesn't inundate you with choices. We liked that he gave us a few choice selections from which we made our final decision. Also, when the options he proposed were out of our budget, he was also able to give us other suggestions that suited our needs. Overall, we highly recommend Shukun and his team. The project did take slightly longer than expected, but the upside is that we had a fairly smooth working relationship with the team, and everything is still as good as new after 2.5 years.”

“Before we got the keys for our new BTO flat, we were already looking around for a trustworthy renovation company. Our budget is limited and also have a tight schedule, ie we wish to finish the renovation within two months. We talked with quite a few different companies and IDs. But Yomi made us feel that we can trust her to be fully in charge of our renovation without having to worry about inappropriate behaviors from either the workers or the designer herself. She is a very responsible ID and took care of everything for us throughout the whole renovation period. we only came down a few times when she needed us to be on site.”
