Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They still have the family business vibe going for them. I would recommend their Ottawa branch to anyone in search of tiles for their home. “I am a tile setter by trade and have dealt with many tile stores over the years. I will continue sending my clients to Tilemaster for many reasons. They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it. The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend. Well, that about says it. Hopefully you had enough time to read through this whole letter :)”

“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive.
