“I can’t thank Luke enough for his work managing a full top-to-bottom renovation. He took measurements and produced a 3D model that became the foundation for iterating the design; we quickly reached agreement and work began soon after. The work covered the kitchen/annexe, lounge (including a media wall replacing an old fireplace), downstairs cloakroom, main bathroom, two bedrooms, and converting a bedroom into a study. The house was stripped back to bare walls, floors and ceilings. Luke either designed the spaces or improved designs from other trades—often spotting issues and proposing practical alternatives. His kitchen/annexe design matched my brief closely and included smart suggestions I hadn’t considered; the result is exactly what I wanted, only better. He updated the study design quickly as my ideas evolved (including cabinets and a bespoke oak desk), and the bedroom designs followed just as smoothly. The 3D visuals were invaluable, particularly as I lived far away and could only visit occasionally. Despite the distance, it felt like a genuine collaboration: Luke kept me updated, shared progress, and checked in for decisions at the right times. Luke coordinated the trades and oversaw critical stages of the work. His communication and attention to detail were excellent: I received clear updates and photos, and was consulted on all decisions with balanced advice on options. When a couple of issues arose (not of his making), he stepped in to help resolve them and made sure fixes were properly completed. It’s also worth stressing that when you hire Luke, you get Luke—not a rotating team. He was consistently contactable, happy to visit the property when needed, and professional throughout. He’s knowledgeable, hands-on, and took time to walk me through key choices, including visiting the local supplier showroom/factory. Even at the end of the project, Luke continued to check that final details were completed and everything was working as it should. Quite simply, I wouldn’t have taken on this renovation without him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke and LUXE Kitchens—whether you’re renovating one room or an entire house.”

“Having a new kitchen can be a nightmare but I have to say that our experience with Classic Interiors has all been very positive from start to finish. My designer was Denise, who gave me confidence that my kitchen would be fabulous, we sat down and discussed every detail, she came up with a plan and a couple of designs. Denise was the only person that listened to what I wanted and that’s why I decided we would go with Classic Interiors. The designs looked fab on paper but in reality it looks even better, absolutely fantastic. There were no structural changes to the kitchen & I really wanted it to look totally different, and I have not been disappointed, I can honestly say, sometimes I feel like I am in someone else’s house! It is a worry when you invest in a project like this ,but hey leave it to Denise and Classic Interiors, they’ll do a great job. Also need to mention that Chris the fitter did an amazing job, he went above and beyond to fit our kitchen. We did have a delay on a door, nothing major, but a card and flowers that we received thanking us for our patience, was greatly received. If you’re looking for a new kitchen , give Classic a go, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Excellent customer service - responsive and accommodating, especially in allowing me to swap out a delivery of limestone tiles after I had concerns about consistency and durability. In the end I went for the Dove Grey porcelain tiles which look fantastic and much more practical I think with 3 young kids spilling their ketchup everywhere.
