“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive. “Another firm installed my granite counter in the kitchen. The sink came away from the granite and dropped. The original installer would not return my calls. I called Toronto granite and they came within a day or two and fixed it. A year or so later the same thing happened. I called Toronto Granite back. They came the next day, fixed it and did not charge me. The rep that came also told me to call back if we had any further problems. Their customer service was so good I will definitely call Toronto Granite the next time I'm in the market for granite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”

“I have been into the Ottawa location many times and have to say in comparison to other companies I have dealt with so far their customer service was fantastic.
