They have been the highlight of this entire renovation, The quality of the work is outstanding. They listen, offer suggestions and plenty of great design ideas, but ultimately they respect that this is my house and what I want is what they want me to have. It sounds simple, but honestly, there are very few contractors who operate in this manner. Most do what they want with little to no regard to anything other than what they have always done or what is the most profitable for them. Freis Tile and Design did such a great job on the first bathroom (photos shown), we contracted with them to tile our powder room, kitchen back splash and master bathroom addition from start to finish!
