“From the moment I contacted this company, their customer service was first class. Whether I texted, called or emailed, I always got a prompt reply from the officer and or the installers. They explained the job in detail so I would understand the process. When the guys came to first measure and then install the countertops, they were very respectful of my home and even played with the dogs to calm them down, before getting to work. They even recommended adding a backsplash using the same stone since there was some leftover. I found this extremely helpful since this is a brand new kitchen and we weren't sure how to finish it. I highly recommend them.”

“Marina is a wonderful designer and has a wonderful selection of tile at her newly opened store. This is the third time I have used her for selecting tile for a major rennovation.Within a few minutes she had selected two great choices, unique and beautiful. While you can wander for days looking for options, she picked two backsplash options based upon my floor, counter and cabinet samples in ten minutes. My kitchen looks like a million bucks and the backsplash makes it! She previously selected tiles for my new bathroom and helped with the bathroom, and also backsplasmfor another kitchen.Although I am a homeowner, she is well known for her work with designers in the Washinton DC area. A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional. “We are doing a remodel of our master bathroom and since we are near retirement are very seriously considering the curbless shower design. Kristen Love was very helpful in explaining how the Tuff Form shower base works and also helped us with tile choices for the bath area. She provided all of the part nos. and what areas they would be used in and when I called and asked for more help was able to get me the detailed info from the manufacturer on the install of the shower base. The plumber needed tile thicknesses which she responded to immediately so as not to keep the plumber sitting idle. Great experience! I wouldn't hesitate calling for more help.”

“Many of our customers select their tile from Hunt valley Tile and Stone. We often get rave reviews abut the experience my customers had while working with Don, Temple and the rest of the staff. The selection sheets are accurate and drawings for designs provided are helpful when running the Project. Their show room is beautiful with a huge selection of tile. I also must commend them on their follow up and a attention to detail. When back orders or problems arise they are working on solutions before I even know there is a problem. This is a well run company which I would highly recommend.”
